Unenroll a Buffalo User Fee Account from eBilling on BuffaloNYBillPay

No longer want to receive your bills electronically? Unenroll from eBilling on BuffaloNYBillPay to receive paper bills from the City of Buffalo. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Sign in to your BuffaloNYBillPay profile and click Explore Service under "User Fees" 

2. Towards the right of the screen see, "My Properties" and select the property you wish to unenroll

3. Under "Account Actions" click Unenroll from eBilling

4. Click Accept

You are now unenrolled from eBilling and you will receive a confirmation email. To re-enroll, see Enroll a Buffalo User Fee Account in eBilling on BuffaloNYBillPay.
