Unenroll a Buffalo User Fee Account from AutoPay on BuffaloNYBillPay

No longer want to have your bills paid automatically on BuffaloNYBillPay? No problem! Follow the steps below to unenroll from AutoPay:

1. Sign in to the BuffaloNYBillPay profile used to set up AutoPay and select User Fees from the "Services" drop down menu

Note: Any updates to enrollment will need to be made under the registered user's BuffaloBill account. 

2. Select Manage AutoPay

3. Select Unenroll Account

4. If you have multiple accounts enrolled in AutoPay, choose the User Fee account you wish to unenroll then click Submit

Note: If you only have one account enrolled in AutoPay proceed with step 5. 

5. Click Yes to confirm

Your account is now unenrolled from AutoPay. You will receive an unenrollment confirmation and manual payments will need to be made going forward.
